Join us on the West lawn of Pampas Church (10885 Pampas Dr) for a morning of food, fun, and community spirit! The celebration kicks off at 7:00 AM with a Fun Run (details on the event web page), followed by breakfast served from 8:00–9:30 AM. Enjoy a Patriotic Program and Bike & Wagon Parade throughout the morning — bring the whole family!
We're also hosting a Back-to-School Service Opportunity, collecting non-perishable snacks to stock the pantries at Alta High School and Altara Elementary for students in need. Great donation ideas include granola bars, protein bars, dried fruit, fruit snacks, and crackers. Please give generously!
Important: All snacks must be non-perishable, commercially packaged, and completely nut-free. Schools cannot accept any items containing certain ingredients (see event web page for details).
Share the event with your neighbors via the event webpage.

to participate and hope that the rest of you will choose to as well.

The Point
• Safety is all about preventing injuries and accidents from ever happening.
• By eliminating or reducing hazards and by mitigating risk to life and property.
• The easiest recovery is an emergency that never happens.
• Security is being situationally aware of the risks that are beyond your direct control.
• And knowing what to do to minimize and deter outside threats.
• And also how to act when confronted with a threatening situation.
• Knowing what to do to increase your safety and security will help you and your family
"Be Ready" before, during, and after emergencies.
