Brothers and Sisters, the stake has twenty seven 4’ x 8’ garden plots at the stake pavilion behind the Dimple Dell building. Those interested in using a plot for this growing season may contact Richard Loftiss before April 24th to indicate interest (rdloftiss50@gmail.com) .
Gardeners will be responsible for preparing the plot, including planting, weeding, harvesting, pulling out plants and winterizing the plot. The stake provides water but gardeners will need to provide their own drip system and connect it to the stake water source. In the event that interest exceeds availability the names of those that contact brother Loftiss by April 24th will be put in a container and the first 27 randomly drawn from the container will have use of the plots for this growing season. In the event that interest is less than the plots available then gardeners might have the option of gardening more than one plot.
