The youth in each ward created a video in the months leading up to youth conference. This was a fantastic way to get the youth excited for BOMCON and emphasize the Book of Mormon theme. These videos are unlisted on YouTube so the only way to find them is with these links.

- Book of Mormon with stories marked and tabbed
¶ What could be done differently
- Let Bishoprics and Youth presidencies know early that they are expected to come. - Darin Butler
- Creation of vignette content needs to be done early with parts given. Hold rehearsals.
- One person in charge of each station who is the director and knows they are in charge.
- Have kids stay in tribes instead of separating to wards.
- Kids were too tired at the end of the day for ward time
- Kids had been debriefing all day and didn't need another one
- Kids gave spoilers to ward members
- Kids would have liked a testimony meeting in their tribes
- If staying with families, schedule one night of bishop time
- Give some freetime for the kids
